The 4000 XL is loaded with attachments and is equipped with the Super Tuff TPU-90-AE Roller. These attachments turn your 4000 XL home gym into a multi station gym workout. The glide board on the 4000 XL is 4'' inches longer than the DLX making it a total of 46'' in length. It comes fully assembled and has a shipping weight of 97 lbs. The maximum user height is 6' 7''.

My husband and I shopped around A LOT for a home trainer. We decided on the Total Trainer 4000XL - and we're glad we did!!! Very easy to use and you really get a great workout! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

I had done much comparison shopping before finally purchasing this model from Amazon. It arrived fully assemble as promised and setup took less than 5 minutes. The unit folds and stores easily, which was important to me because I don't have enough room for a full size workout machine in my house. The workout video is awesome and ease of use is excellent. I highly recommend this unit over other comparable models simply because you get more bang for the buck!

I just love this machine. It is alot sturder than my old total gym 1100. You can attach and detach the pully system alot easier and you can add extra weights if you want. It just seems alot more vertisal than my old total gym.

it was here in 2 days and its wonderful and low impact but you can work out virtually all muscles i wouldnt trade it for the world! in short its fantastic and shipping is surprisingly fast!
