Easy to set up for each workout. Each workout is pretty simple to do. I've only had it for about two weeks so I can't give a complete review but so far I am getting a great workout so I am very happy. Great investment.

I was originally planning to buy this Bowflex locally from the local Sports Store. Their prices were $50.00 to $100 higher than Amazon's price and their online retailers. The sales people who was trying to assist me would not match the prices and to my disappointment they had nothing in stock claiming that this was a clearance item. When I got home from the local store, I found this on Amazon's web site with the lowest price I can find anywhere along with free shipping was a good buying point.
This item was a little delayed in shipping, not the fault of Amazon. The manufacture claimed there was a big demand for this model and they had trouble keeping up with the orders. My shipment was delayed by a week and a half. So what, it was worth the wait since I was getting a good deal and free shipping. It was shipped by freight and the package was in excellent condition and it was shipped with care.
Assembling this was a cake walk. It only took me about 90 minutes because I was taking my time. All the parts were there nothing was missing. The assembly instructions were easy to read and understand.
Using this Bowflex makes me feel great after each workout. I started noticing some minor changes/results on my body because I been following not only the Bowflex exercise, but the Bowflex diet as well. Bowflex uses a diet that involves a lot of water drinking and the meal diet is not as strict as weight watchers or South Beach Diet plan. You don't have to go by Bowflex's eating plan but you can follow SBD or WW meal plan or you can even create your own meal plan as long as you keep track of the calories, fat and carb. I lost 10 pounds during my first week and 3 pounds my 2nd week going onto my third week now.
Iam happy with it and you may love this machine! Good Luck.

Motivator 2 is a good machine, relatively easy to assemble and easy to change from exercise to exercise. The manual, however, is not as complete as it could be for the exercises. In fact, two of those listed in the weight loss program are not illustrated nor described. A call to the company help line resulted in immedaite response and e-mail attachment photos and information for the missing exercises. Company help was excellent. It needs to ship with a DVD illustrating the exercises and a quick overview for assembly. Because this is a basic or entry level machine, it may not get the full treatement by the manufucturer.

I am very impressed with the Bowflex Motivator 2. All of the components are made of very durable materials and the process of putting it together was easy. Allow a couple of hours though since it does have a lot of things that require assembly. Using the Bowflex is a very enjoyable experience. The bow action and pulleys work smoothly and don't make a sound. It comes with a book of over 50 different exercises and an eating program. I can't say yet how it will age over time but I am very pleased with this purchase.

The only drawback to this product is that it doesn't grab you as you walk by & make you use it! It's good for those of us with children who can't get out of the house without them. When I use it, I love it! It is easy to use & even easy to set it up. It is a little taller than my ceiling, but luckily it's a drop ceiling & the tile just pops out. It takes up quite a bit of space & lures children to it, so it has to be taken apart each time I use it. Overall, it's well worth the purchase!
