The PPS-III DVD is a companion to the PPS-III course and manual, building upon the foundations established in PPS-I and PPS-II. In the PPS-III course, you will be introduced to advanced exercises, and learn how they fit into the new exercise order. Special focus is placed on refining touch techniques, teaching methodology, imagery, progression, and special populations. During the course, you will train your eye to see subtl alignmnet issues, as well as deepen your understanding of shapes in space and signs of readiness. The anatomy section will expand to cover the extremities including the hip, knee, ankle, foot, elbow, wrist, and hand as they relate to Pilates.
