A lot of money for a poster December 30, 2005

When I bought this,I thought it would be indentical to what I see in the pilates studio I go to. There it is backed with sturdy cardboard and laminated. It actuality, it's just a poster on nothing special paper. I found the posters from Pilates.com to be of much more value. They are half the price, and include pictures of the exercise.
Also, the shipping price was RIDICULOUS! I paid over $25 dollars regular shipping for this poster and a reformer manual. The whole package weighed less than 5lbs!
