Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The DYNA DISC has become a staple in training and exercise rooms across the country. Sit on it, stand on it, lay on it. The DYNA DISC works your core muscles more completely than a gym ball because it focuses you on those muscles no matter what position you are in. Varying the amount of inflation changes the level of intensity. Made of the same material as a gym ball. Inflate with a traditional ball needle. Available in 4 colors. PUMP NOT INCLUDED.

Customer Reviews:
Dyna Discs November 24, 2008 These discs are great for kids with attention issues or a tendency to "wiggle" in their seats. You can place the disc bumpy side up on their chair, and it gives them a sensory-tactile input that reduces the need to move so much. The "cool" factor also helps in that other students tend to want to try one too.
great tool for thin people August 20, 2007 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
I always struggled doing exercises on my back (crunches or leg lifts for example) because I am thin. There were very uncomfortable/painful pressure points I'd experience that turned me off to any hope of getting into a productive and lasting fitness regime. Recently I went into physical therapy and the therapist suggested that I use this disc as I exercised because the exercise table they had was so hard...Well, it only took a couple seconds before I realized this disc was going to be a good friend, and would highly recommend to other thin people who experienced the same discomfort as I did...Now, 6 weeks after I began using it, I am still using the disc under my back 3x week - exercising! - and have strengthened my stomach and low back muscles and legs considerably - all because I am finally able to sustain laying on my back or side.
Sorry I didn't know about this tool sooner. I am ordering my own disc for home and plan to use it to exercise and maybe even lie on the floor to watch tv - something I haven't don since I was a kid.

Many uses for this product in balance training and core stability training. See your local physical therapist or athletic trainer for some great work-out ideas.
