I am satisfied with this vendor. The only drawback was I had ordered the heart monitor with a blue face, it came with a black face. Item packaged well,works great and delivery was extra fast. Would order again from this vendor.
 Doesn't work and warranty service is $7.50 January 13, 2007

Got this as a present for my wife. It stops reading the heart rate in the middle of the workout. No resets help. We're sending it back on the one-year warranty and you have to send in $7.50 with it in addition to the postage to get it there. Disappointing. Hope it will work when it returns.
