Great product would recommend August 20, 2008
Does not really need a manual, thankfully, as the scrap of paper that came with the watch had print only a microscope could pick up. Still trying to figure out the reset HR value function but will get there
Good Heart Rate Monitor June 14, 2008
These are quirky watches. Out of every five I get, 3 or 4 of them work great. When you get a good one, the heart rate monitor is easy to use and accurate. The time functions are accurate.
The button that switches to 24 hour time is a pain because of it's location.
The watch runs a long time on one battery, but due to the band design it's a real pain to change the battery. The band is very difficult to put back on because of the pin design. I've had pro watch repair people take a half hour trying to get the pin back in. When these need a new band, I throw them away.
For this price nothing monitors heart rate better, but they're quirky watches. I buy these in groups of 4 and keep the good ones.
