 Did not feel secure January 7, 2009
This product was well made but did not feel secure with the way it is used. It just lays on top of the Door Gym with no phycial attachment. Did not feel it was safe to use.

This attachment works just fine. However, it feels very, very strange to be using it because it does not lock on or otherwise actually "attach" to the Door Gym. For the first week, I kept staring at it expecting to fall. Now, I don't think about it. If you need to do anything on the Door Gym with a wide reach (and if you are trying to develop quality lats, you must use a wide reach at some point), this is a good solution at a good price.

The broad reach attachments sits on the Pull-Up bar handles and works fine. The whole setup is so easy as long as you have standard door frames.

This is a great attachment for the Creative Fitness Door Gym. At first I thought it was not going to stay on because of how there wasn't a secure attachment...but trust me, it stays on with the foam on foam. It's great on working the laterals, mid back and some biceps.DO NOT do chinups with the broad reach attacment because it has a tendency of rolling back.
Unfortunetly there is a flaw. The foam that was created to hold on to the Door Gym wears down into holes because of all the pull up pressure. This will also leave holes on the upper side of the parallel handles of the Door Gym. It's no biggy though...just apply some duck tape and it should last.

I recently just received the accesory bar and it is solid. I gave this review one star for the company that sent it and not for the bar itself. I received the package with the box ripped from the sides and the bar itself has a big gash in it that tears through the grip and scratches the steel bar as if it was scraped against something metal. If this is how the company ships their products, then I recommend you purchase the accesory bar somewhere else.
