passableNovember 19, 2008 The item does work when you are attempting to strengthen the muscles on the back of your neck, but it's really awkward trying to go in the other direction.
interesting gearNovember 2, 2008 I found the headset is "one size fits all" but really it's sized to fit a gorilla.
However, you can still use it.
The item comes with no instructions what so ever so you really have to figure out what to do with it.
I asked my physio guy if I should use it (I'm working on a small "tweak" in my neck) and he said no, not until I finished with whatever he prescribed.
However, if you can figure out what to do with it, it's basically does whatever you think it can do.
