Use this and you'll never be stiff again!January 19, 2005 Highly recommended for loosening muscles before activity, in-between breaks or sets, as well as a nice cool-down to the muscles you just worked. If you have tight spots in your muscles or just need a general quick massage, this thing works great. Your flexibility will skyrocket with daily use. Great for all levels of athletics, in my opinion, as well as for general fitness. It improves blood circulation to the muscles you want to use the most, and is relatively quick (less than 5 minutes) to hit your whole body with it. The small size of it also fits well into a duffle bag to take anywhere, like to pickup games or 5K's or other activities.
