the sounds of silence April 21, 2008
I discovered this music during my tai chi / qi gong class. Close your eyes and you are high up on top of a Japanese mountain at dawn, mists rising, smell of pine, deep silence. Spacious and grounded at the same time. This is a beautiful CD. Perfect for quiet, grounded movement...energy work, massage, yoga. Turn it on and the atmosphere will change.
