This class was the best surprise of Yoga '90. Iyengar taught a class for everyone (approximately 600 people) on the last morning of the convention. With an hour of standing poses followed by a sequence including headstand, shoulderstand, and backbends, participants left the convention inspired. Because the spontaneous nature of the event it was documented with a home camcorder. The video and audio quality is not as good as the other Yoga '90 tapes, but the class and the information in it seemed so valuable that we decided it should be made available. We will include a transcript of the class with the 108- minute videotape so that you can verify Mr. Iyengar's words.
