Hip Hop Abs has proven to be one of the best purchases that I have made this year. I workout regularly and really thought exercise DVDs were rather corny. However, Shaun T. is the perfect combination of charisma and motivation. He's very Charming and comfortable with himself, at the same time, really coaching and motivating viewers with words of encouragement and support. Plus, there's lots of "Eye Candy" for EVERYONE. I felt compelled to purchase the DVD due to this "insidious spare tire" that seems to be lurking around my abdomen. I whole-heartedly believe Shaun T will help me vanquish this intruder.

fun workout December 20, 2008
This is a fun workout. It can be a little bit cheesy but it gives a good workout. I am not the kind of person that likes to go to the gym or do typical exercise routines so this is a great alternative.

I got this DVD today and thought i'd just pop it in the dvd player and check it out like i do my other dvd's that i buy so i know what i'm getting into before i get in to it, i could not help but to jump up and move with Shaun, i even had company stop by to visit and they even jump'd up and started doing the "freak" you'll know that move if you ever did his workouts. I love this dvd...easy to keep up with because alot of his moves were from the 80's so in other words i jammed like it was 1999 and sweat was dripping off me like i was working out with Richard Simmons "Sweating to the oldies" with a gold head ban and tight white tennis shorts..LOL!

I am very impressed with Hip Hop Abs. Within the first few weeks of doing the video i lost several inches and i am only doing the ab sculpt right now, which is 24 minutes long. The exercises are very easy and well worth it. I can feel and see the changes. After looking for a product to help me with my mid section for so long I finally found it. I highly recommend Hip Hop Abs.
