Money well spentNovember 16, 2008 I am very pleased with the Weider PowerSwitch 25 lb.pair. It is very easy to switch from one weight to another and is done in a couple of seconds. I use them every day to help strengthen my Trapezius and Deltoid muscles. I find Weider products to be of good quality at an affordable price.

When ordering this item, I thought I was going to recieve two 25lbs dumbells. What I recieved was two 12.5LB dumbells - so this was a disappointment. However, I do really like them, and they are very easy to use.

Got these hand wts. about 2 months ago and have been using on a regular basis. Strong point is being able to easily adjust the wts. for a varity of exercises. Good product would recommend strongly.
