no problems July 15, 2008 I purchased the 14' Airzone trampoline elsewhere and this enclosure fit perfectly, I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. However, I had no problems and it's great, the kids love it!
I did need to contact customer service, because of an error on my part, but they replied to the email within 24 hours.
Total time to put the trampoline and enclosure together, starting with opening the boxes until ready to jump was about 3 hours for two adults.
Jump Harder July 12, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The enclosure went up fairly easily. One drawback that the net has is that you have to tie yourself in once you get in. There's no velcro or magnet or simply an overlapping mesh doorway/portal to get onto the trampoline? Who wants to tie themselves in once they get onto the trampoline. We simply leave it open and there's a little area that's not fully netted. That's all.
Could be better June 27, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This Safety enclosure needs a zipper besides tie straps. The other enclosures I've seen has a zipper and clips for reinforcement. The ties are frails and two of them shreded within the first week. It does the job... However, near the entrance is where a kid could get hurt. I always am paranoid and supervise their jumping.
Not for all trampolines June 10, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The poles for this wouldn't fit the legs of our trampoline...we had an enclosure previously so we used the poles we already had. The ties didn't line up just right so we had to improvise. Other than that it is a nice enclosure and pretty easy to install. Even with the "problems" my husband had it usable in a couple hours.
Great product May 31, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased the 14' Trampoline as well & I feel better knowing that my girls are safer with the Safety Enclosure. It was pretty easy to install. There are a lot of loops to tie down, but for safety reasons, I'd tie down a hundred more.
